What do I do if my order does not arrive?

We always try to ensure that your goods are delivered on time, however, sometimes it is delayed by factors beyond our control.   Please check the tracking information associated with your order and contact the seller to resolve the issue.    

In most cases, you will receive an email with relevant tracking information when the order is shipped.   If you have not seen this information please check your spam folder on your email account or contact the seller of the item.
